These Terms ("Terms") apply to your participation in the Via Alpha Testing Program (the "Program") operated by Via AI Inc. ("Via," "we," or "us"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Voluntary Participation
Participation is optional. You may stop at any time by discontinuing use and/or requesting deletion of your account and data.
2. Purpose
The Program provides you with early access to a pre-release version of Via for the purpose of testing and giving feedback. The product is still in development and may change frequently, so things may not always work as expected.
3. Privacy & Data
- You retain ownership of any data you upload or connect.
- Via will never access or scrape the content of private channels, messages, or communications without your explicit authorization.
- Email, calendar, Slack, CRM, or other integrations are strictly opt-in and can be disconnected at any time.
- We only use your data to provide the service and improve Via. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of what's necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting providers).
- You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing privacy@connectvia.ai. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for research and product improvement.
4. Feedback
We welcome your feedback. By participating, you agree Via may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services, without obligation or compensation.
5. Confidentiality
The Program and pre-release features are confidential. You agree not to share screenshots, details, or performance information publicly without Via's permission.
6. Security
Via uses industry-standard hosting and encryption. However, as beta software, the Platform may have bugs, outages, or vulnerabilities. Please use that understanding.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, performance, or accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Via is not liable for any damages resulting from your participation in the Program.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
